Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This covers Panda Launcher, Panda Client and this website ("Panda", "we").

The short version

We collect as little as possible, only to make Panda work: your cosmetics, your Premium purchases and your support tickets. We never sell your data and never show you ads.

Panda Launcher

• Your Microsoft / Minecraft sign-in is handled by Microsoft. The launcher keeps your account login encrypted on your own computer; we never receive your password or tokens.
• Settings, profiles, screenshots and play statistics stay on your computer.
• If you turn on Discord features, the launcher talks to the Discord app on your computer to show what you are playing. Discord notifications go only to a channel you choose.

Panda Client and cosmetics

• To show your cosmetics to other players, our server stores your Minecraft account ID (UUID), your Minecraft name and the cosmetics you wear.
• To prove an account is yours, we ask Mojang's servers to confirm it. We don't receive anything else from your account.
• If you claim the Discord cape, we store your Discord user ID next to your Minecraft account ID, so one Discord account unlocks one cape.

Premium and the store

Payments are handled by Tebex. We never see your card or bank details. Tebex tells us which Minecraft account bought what, so we can unlock it.

Support tickets

• When you sign in on the Support page with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, name, picture and verified email address. With Google, we receive your name, picture and email address.
• We store these with your tickets and your messages, so you and the Panda team can see them. Only you and the Panda team can read your tickets.
• Staff access is given to team members by email address.

Where it is kept

Our server and database run on our own computer. Downloads are served from GitHub.

Removing your data

You can ask us to delete your cosmetics, Discord link or support tickets at any time: open a General Support ticket on the Support page or message us in our Discord.

Children

Panda is for Minecraft players of all ages. If you are under the age required to use Discord or Google in your country, please don't sign in to the Support page; ask us for help in Discord with a parent instead.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
